Help and Support
We're here to help with MyPrayerBank.

Signing in
- Didn't get the confirmation email? Check your spam folder. You can ask for it to be sent again from the app.
- Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a link to choose a new one.
Using the app
- Praying along. Open a prayer to hear it phrase by phrase, with the words, transliteration and meaning shown as it plays.
- Your profile. In Profile you can change your display name and profession, choose a colour theme, and decide what the person who invited you can see.
- Guides and workshops. Follow a guide from the Guides tab to receive their messages. Open a guide to see their upcoming workshops.
- Community. Join a circle with the code its creator shares with you.
Reporting and blocking
- Report. If a circle's name or a gathering's title is offensive, tap Report on it in the Community tab and choose a reason. We review every report, and the host is not told who made it.
- Block. Tap Block host on a circle. You leave every circle that person hosts and cannot be added to another. You can undo it under People you’ve blocked at the bottom of the Community tab.
- If you host a circle, open Members on it to see who has joined and to remove someone. A removed person cannot rejoin with the code.
- Anything else, or anything urgent: email us at the address below.
Deleting your account
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom, to Danger zone.
- Choose to delete your account, and confirm.
This permanently erases your profile, practice history, streaks, favourites and Aura Space photographs. It cannot be undone. See the privacy policy for what is removed.
Children and families
The prayers suit children from about five, and MyPrayerBank is meant to be used together. The account itself is an adult's — you must be 18 or over to create one, and a child prays on your account rather than their own.
Two things to look at before you hand over a device: circles show names and gathering titles written by other members, and can carry a meeting link that opens outside the app; Aura Space holds the photographs you have added. Both are yours to manage.
